Naythan is the visionary behind Connecting Freckles Inc., a faith-based organization dedicated to providing both traditional and unique volunteer-driven services to individuals and communities in need. With a genuine passion for service and a deep commitment to making meaningful change, Naythan leads the organization by drawing on both his personal experiences and professional expertise.

For the past three years, Naythan has worked as an independent contractor with the Department of Human Services and its partners. Recently, he transitioned into a role as an assistant to the Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), where he collaborates with leadership to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving services for individuals with developmental disabilities. His hands-on experience with DDS programs gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to make a lasting impact through carefully crafted initiatives.

Naythan has also served on the Medicaid Client Voice Council (MCVC), where he contributed to shaping policies and advocating for Medicaid clients. His term on the MCVC concluded in November 2023, reflecting his continued dedication to advocacy work that benefits vulnerable populations.

Living with spastic cerebral palsy, Naythan brings personal resilience and a deep understanding of overcoming challenges to his work. A college-educated and an experienced educator, he attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. His extensive qualifications include numerous certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), naloxone administration, and others, alongside his ordination as a minister. His certifications and background reflect his commitment to ensuring the health, safety, and spiritual well-being of those he serves.

Through Connecting Freckles Inc., Naythan brings his leadership, compassion, and personal resilience to the forefront, ensuring that every initiative—whether disaster relief or day-to-day assistance—helps make life better for others. His journey and determination inspire confidence in his ability to lead the organization toward a brighter future for all.
